ES-D2.1	Describe the internal The Earth & its Resources The Earth is composed of 3 layers i.e. crust (solid), mantle (liquid) & core (probably solid). 80% of the Earth’s surface is water and the rest is land. The Earth’s crust is made up of 3 types of rock - Igneous, sedimentary & metamorphic.

1	Use a variety of sources to explore the The Earth & its Resources. Prepare an annotated diagram about the Earth’s structure.
2	Use reference materials, including internet if available, to explore physical features of the Earth’s crust e.g. volcanoes, earthquakes, Tectonic plates, etc.
