LT-D3.2

LT-D3.2 Give examples of how plants and animals are suited to their environment

 

1 Explore the local environment and a range of habitats to identify plants and animals.
2 Note features of the habitats and relate these to ways in which the organisms seem to be suited to living there.
3 Use a variety of sources to explore contrasting habitat that may not be in the locality, e.g. seashore, river, woodland and illustrate the range of animals and plants living there.
4 Collect / draw pictures of organisms typical of these habitats to illustrate the animals and plants found there and how they are suited to their environment.
