ES-D3.1 Describe what happens when materials are burned
The burning of materials results in the output of energy (usually heat and light) and irreversible chemical changes take place.

 

1 Use reference books to find out what fossil fuels are and what happens to them when they burn.
2 Debate actions we could take to reduce carbon dioxide output from burning of fuel and draw up a list of class proposals for action.
