1	Talk about how materials can be changed.
2	Find out which materials can be easily made to change. Examine some that can be easily changed e.g. plasticine and some that cannot easily be changed, e.g. stone. Examine a range of materials to find which is easiest to bend. Find a way of measuring which material is easiest to stretch.
