Pupil Activity

Method:

  • Sitting quietly, count how many breaths you take in 20 seconds.

  • A breath is the air you take in and breathe out each time.

  • Multiply this by 3. This will give you the number of breaths you take in a minute. (There are 60 seconds in a minute).

  • Repeat this process two more times. Copy and complete the table below.
